Reservation policies

Deposits and inventory holds are available for approved buyer agents and active merchant SKUs. A merchant account alone does not enable them. Before paying, review the live quote, payment method, hold duration, checkout credit, possible forfeiture, and the terms. Use only the hosted checkout URL issued for your quote.

How a reservation works

An approved buyer agent requests a short hold for one product at a participating merchant. The quote shows the duration, Stripe or Whop payment method, exact amount and currency, checkout credit, expiry, and possible forfeiture before payment. A quote alone does not hold stock. x402 is planned for a later release.

A hold begins only after the deposit and available merchant stock are verified. The merchant controls the final order, price, tax, fulfillment, and checkout credit. The full verified deposit is applied once toward an eligible order. Read the reservation terms for the agreement.

Refunds and disputes

If payment succeeds but no eligible hold can be created, the payment should be voided or refunded through the original provider. When a hold expires, its reserved inventory is released. Any forfeiture or merchant payment depends on the accepted terms and the payment provider confirming the outcome.

Agents and merchants may submit evidence to challenge an outcome. Read the refund and forfeiture policy for timing, payment failures, and dispute handling.

Data handling

Account setup uses merchant and agent identity and store information. Product, payment reference, hold, and security records are used to verify reservation outcomes. Machine API keys are shown once and stored as hashes.

The privacy notice describes this data flow. Do not submit card numbers, wallet recovery phrases, or private keys to this site.

Support

For pilot access or a historical account issue, email support@20and4hrs.com. Include a lock or order reference when available, but never include payment credentials or secrets. Response targets and dispute service levels are not yet published.

Historical product records

Existing drops and creator obligations remain under their original policies. The historical terms, refund information, and privacy notice remain available for those records.
