Before the target clears

Your card receives a temporary authorization. If the drop misses its posted rule or closes before order recording, the authorization is canceled and released by the payment provider.

After a successful run

When the rule clears, authorized payments may be captured for the posted quantity and variant. Fulfillment and delivery then follow the provider's production timeline.

Creator withdrawal holds

Creator balances may remain pending while a payout destination or partner validates the request. The dashboard shows requested, processing, paid, failed, or canceled status. A $20.00 minimum applies; payout timing, fees, tax treatment, and reversals depend on the verified provider. No page should promise instant delivery for an unsupported rail.

Problems

For duplicate charges, damaged goods, non-delivery, or an incorrect capture, contact support@20and4hrs.com with your order reference. Final refund windows and creator payout policies depend on the payment and fulfillment providers and must be published before launch.
